Expect to pay premium prices for the premium recreation options found in Girdwood. The closer to the mountain, the higher the price and more exclusive the Real Estate. The nighttime views of the mountain illuminated by the ski-runs are truly amazing. Further away from the resort the prices normalize but expect a much higher average sales price than is found in Anchorage. Options range greatly from multi-million dollar mansions to more modest condominiums.
