The public boat launch is approximately 2 1/2 miles away, Lake Louise Lodge is approximately 1 1/2 miles away and Evergreen lodge is a few lots away on the lake. The outbuildings include a storage shed and a generator shed. Cabin is turnkey and comes with many extras including a Duro Max Duel Fuel XP 5500 watt HX generator; extra lumber & cribbing; micro lam beams; extra flooring; snow machine tote; battery charger; and 120 gallon oil tank. This is a dry cabin with year round access. The Lake Louise lake system is located 3.5 hours east on the Glenn Highway from Anchorage. Lake Louise Road turn off is approx. 30 miles before Glennallen. Roads are maintained all year. The lakes feature amazing fishing, possible hunting depending openings, and almost 200 miles of trails for winter riding and skiing.
