Looking Forward to 2017

In order to look forward to the promising year ahead, sometimes it can be helpful to do a quick review of 2016’s events and how they shaped Team Dimmick. The year behind us was hugely exciting for The Matt Dimmick Team. In 2016, the clients we were able to work with have become friends. The transactions we completed have now become homes for our community of Alaska homeowners. Working with some fantastic buyers and sellers, we were able to maintain the high standards and lofty goals we set out for ourselves. We could not have done it without the awesome clientele that we are so privileged to have. Everyone at The Matt Dimmick Team is truly grateful for these opportunities. Thank You.

2016 was also a year of tremendous growth within the ranks of our team. We welcomed three very talented real estate licensees onto Team Dimmick. Welcome to Daniel Reynolds, Paul Shadura, and Luke Steele.  This allows us to better serve the clients we have and cover more of Alaska than ever before. Under the leadership of Owners Matt and Nancy Dimmick and Team Leader Liz Steele, we expect this growth to continue, and are very excited for the new possibilities. With Katelyn Christiansen as Operations Manager & Transaction Coordinator, our client’s files are in very capable hands. Rounding out the team we have Daniel Reynolds, Meril Defrank, Paul Shadura, and Luke Steele, working with our buyers and sellers to make their real estate goals fully realized.

Looking forward to 2017 and beyond, we are anticipating stability, with clients eager to dive into the real estate market. Buying homes in Alaska has proven to be a long term sound financial decision. Alaska’s economy continues to prove its strength through steady prices and increased value over time. We aim to continue to grow along with our burgeoning market and prove to our clients, working with The Matt Dimmick Team is a successful endeavor. We hope to hear from you soon, and have a fantastic 2017!
